Who I am

I’m a mother of three, but two of my children have severe / profound autism. It used to be my whole personality…

I came to the United States with big eyes and big dreams. I imagined a warm, lively home and a life full of possibility. But life had its own plans, and what I thought would be a dream of a big, healthy family turned into something much heavier. Motherhood and 24/7 caregiving swallowed me whole. I burned out. I disappeared into survival mode. I lost my voice and any sense of being someone separate from what I had to hold together every day.

I eventually reached out for help - to a coach who helped me remember I still existed outside the caregiving. Her program didn’t change my circumstances — it changed me. My fire was relit.

Now, I support women carrying heavy, invisible loads: grief, exhaustion, nervous system overwhelm, and the emotional labor of caregiving. Women who are strong because they had no other choice.

I don’t teach positivity or pretend this is easy. I help you rebuild yourself from where you are — slowly, realistically, gently. Not to return to who you were — but to become someone new, rooted and alive again.

This time, you don’t have to do it alone.
